The successful candidate will need to:
- Be an excellent teacher with a clear commitment to raising standards and accelerating pupil’s progress
- Support the strong Catholic ethos and vision of the school
- Demonstrate and develop inspiring classroom practice
- Have a secure knowledge of Early Years with a focus on phonics
- Have experience in using assessment data to inform the learning provision to meet the varied needs of children in their class.
- Have an enthusiasm for high standards and quality teaching
- Be a part of a supportive and caring ethos
