Dear Parents and Carers,
Late yesterday we received an e-mail, as did all schools in England , asking us to have an INSET day on Friday 18th December.
So please be advised that school will close for Christmas at the normal time on Thursday 17th December.
Class 5 & 6 will finish at 3pm
Class 3 & 4 will finish at 3.15pm
Class 1 & 2 will finish at 3.30pm
Reception will finish at 3.35pm
Nursery will finish at 3.30pm
The school will not be open to children on Friday 18th December.
The reason for the change of date is so that Headteachers remain on duty for 7 days after the children break up (midnight on Christmas Eve) to help with Track and Trace systems in case of outbreaks in staff/children during the first week of the holidays.
We apologise for the late notification, but as stated before, we were only informed at 3.00pm yesterday.
