Choir support St Christopher’s Hospice!

Happy New Year to everyone from the Staff and Governors of St Saviour’s!

I just wanted to start the New Year by spreading the fantastic fundraising achievements of our fantastic choir in the run up to Christmas. Led by Mrs Robins the choir raised an amazing £1900! Well done!!!

Below is a copy of the thank you e-mail from Nicola at St Christopher’s Bromley –

Dear Mrs Robins

Thank you so much for bringing two choirs of pupils from your choir at St Saviour’s RC Primary school to sing once again for St Christopher’s Hospice at The Glades on Wednesday 13th and again on Friday 15th December.

I’m very pleased to let you know that the families of the children and the people shopping in the Glades were very generous once again.  On the Wednesday we collected a fantastic £873.66 and in the two hours we were there on the Friday, a truly amazing £1,018.65 was raised for St Christopher’s Hospice.  These are splendid amounts and I am so grateful to you and your pupils who sang and performed so beautifully and enthusiastically – they are a credit to you and the school.

I will post out two certificates out shortly recognising your achievements, which I hope you can display somewhere at the school.  I hope you will come back to sing for us again next year.  I will also to my best to ensure we get a good day booked in Lewisham.

With best wishes for a Happy and Healthy New Year.

Kind regards,

Nicola
