Friendship Bench
A huge thank you to Mrs Mullings, our superb Art teacher, and her helpers Christiana, Jerusha and Amaka on the amazing friendship bench!
In the Summer Term we asked children for designs and we were amazed with the results! After the winner was chosen Mrs Mullings and her team set about putting the design onto the bench and then painting it. I’m sure you’ll agree it is an amazing piece of work.
The idea behind the friendship bench is that if any children feel lonely, or sad, or have no one to play with they make their way to the friendship bench were someone is always there to help.
